Mmmm... in real life it looked even more like shades of toothpaste. But Kira loved her blue cake, and that's what counts.


I felt like a pretty bad mom when Ian looked up and asked me, "Where's my ladybug?" Now I understand why people tape strings to the bottom instead of taking a bat to it.

An early birthday present

I wish they would sell the adult version of the Micro scooters in the US. They look pretty fun. But this luggage version must be intended for the Japanese market... although I like the idea, the photoshoot was way too dorky.

Handedness

We used to think they were both righties. But lately there is some evidence that Ian is a lefty... or maybe he's just undecided.
