Camping trip #2

The first day was all fun and games, but by the second day Kira told us "bye-bye fire, go in car." Good thing we were about to go home anyway!

Ian tried to climb up the tree after a squirrel. I keep saying he has a lot in common with our cat. He really does.

Fun trip to the redwoods. Can't wait to go again! It was much easier than staying at home. So many things to keep them occupied and no clean up after dinner.

Hugs under a full moon

The moon is on the painting on the far wall. We were at our local "museum" where they have beautiful hardwood floors and fun ramps to run up and down. I haven't had time to examine the displays (too busy chasing two little people) but the whole museum feels straight out from behind the Iron Curtain, in its earnest, low-cost, somewhat dated but obviously lovingly put together quality. A fun toddler day trip.
